Absolutely horrible experience. We booked through Agoda, received confirmed booking and payment receipt, then arrived at 8:30 PM only to be denied check-in. Our stay at this studio-type unit was extremely disappointing. The unit smelled strongly of mold, the bathroom was filthy, I even bought cleaning agents to clean the unit and Lysol to at least freshen the smell inside the unit and the pool was unusable due to its poor condition. Place not comfortable to stay at. Aircon's not even cooling the unit after a few hours. Filthy/dusty. Beds are uncomfortable. Bathroom door's broken, floors are disgusting with what looks like termite damage. A bit far from Baybay. We left and book somewhere else. Not able to refund my money even for reasonable cause. A run for your money. I do not recommend staying there.
We've been there last Oct. 13 2022. Place is very dirty uncomfortable to stay. place is not good to stay. Air condition is not working well, electricfan is very dusty. Floor is very dusty and sandy once you walk barefoot. Toilet bowl is not very clean. They left used soap and dirty sponge. in general this place is not recommendable to anyone to stay.
Not recommended , care taker not professional dealing with guest, place is filthy. Overgrown grass , swimming pool rotten toilet not flushing beside the pool , room need updated fridge not closing properly.. waste of money. Beware of photo they posted on agoda it’s very opposite in reality . Not a happy customer here 😗
