I’m giving this place 1 star. First, the staff were unwelcoming—they left us waiting while we were ringing the doorbell at the back entrance near the parking lot. Moreover, the bed sheets were full of stains, and the blanket felt more like a curtain (“kurtina”). Furthermore, the shower wasn’t working, and the toilet was dirty. Nice place but the rooms are in desperate need of repair. (See attached pictures) No hot water for the shower, no remote for the TV, CR small, dirty and also in disrepair. The views are good and the pools (all 3) are clean. Air-conditioning works good. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
