the front desk staff is friendly the staff we meet greeted us warmly the RH1 is very nice complete, nice rooms, toilet and amenities plus the wifi and netflix. the buffet breakfast is great, the food the staff and the fried yellow mango ice-cream very nice! the swimming pool was clean and nice. we had a wonderful weekend bonding stay with our colleagues. Kudos!
We stayed here last Dec 25-26. The staffs are really friendly and accomodating. 100% pet friendlt with no fee! We bought our 3 dogs with us. The house we stayed in was House 1, okay for our big family! The heater was working but it only has few minutes for the hot water then it'll be cold later on. The place is clean. Such a great place to chill and relax. Courteous staff, friendly and very approachable. They also served a buffet breakfast, welcome drinks, free ice cream and best of all it is a pet friendly place.
We stayed here on June 22-23, 2019. The place is very lovely and quiet and the staff are very accommodating and friendly. My colleagues and I had a great time and we enjoyed the yummy fried ice cream. Great place for family bonding and for quietude. 😍 The road going to the resort is narrow and dark at night though.
The place itself is superb. Clean, neat and tidy. The room we are in has a big comfy king sized bed. Toilet and bath is well maintained. One thing though, the shower heater is not working and the water is chilly, so no bath for a day. Haha!! There is a pool table and videoke too.
