Ken runs a great duplex in the sky. I stayed in the one bedroom for a week and did lots of hiking in the area. It's best if you have your own means of transportation or you might feel too secluded - unless that's what you want. There's an upstairs deck with an additional kitchen and CR. The views are amazing, Casa de Pueblo is a gem.

Ken the owner and his wife were lovely hosts, very friendly taking the time to get to know us and they made us feel welcome and at home. The location and views were stunning and rooms were comfortable too. Hard to fault this place, we really enjoyed our stay here!

This place is just amazing and the best way to find a quiet and green spot outside of Dumaguete. Ken, his wife and her family will take care of everything you need. They are all so lovely and we had a lot of fun together. They showed us around the area on a scooter and helped wherever they can. We highly recommend to go there and enjoy beautiful Valencia Region!

I often drive by Casa de Pueblo on our way to the Japanesse Shrine. It is a great looking house, quiet and cool sorroundings with Views of the mountains. Just a few minutes down the hill, you can buy fresh fish, veggies and supplies. I often wonder if they would rent Long Term like, a Year Contract. (?)

Amazing place. calm ambiance. It only needs a way to control the bees and the flies. Otherwise, perfect get-away house
