No showers for first floor, Broken Faucet first floor Clogged Sink Some lights broken Aircon spilling Couch and other bed sheets smells so bad Dead cockroach Noisy crew just by outdoor (cant even sleep this happened 1-3am) Even the utensils, Towels, New bedsheets has charges. Overpriced. Bad experience
- Room is clean but too pricey for the quality. - WiFi- Fast but easily disappears. There were times when WiFi is really undetectable. - Staff are nice but customer service is something that they should really work on. Seems like the staff don’t know what to do or to answer. It took time for me to check out. - The heater on the room I got in releases VERY HOT water that can’t be adjusted, I need to pull out the heat…
Shower is very weak. Old TV. Aircon is loud.over priced 12hr rate
No wifi, no cable, leaking bidet, very small for the price and theres no even mirror in the room
This is not a HOTEL but a MOTEL!! It is not recommended especially for family with kids. The room smells cigarette smoke. Really awful!
