Lovely place with very friendly staff. When you arrive you need to ring the doorbell which is on the far left of the gate. They upgraded our room for free, accommodated a very early breakfast (it doesn't always come with the room, so ask), and let us leave our bags with them for bit after checkout. We will definitely stay here if we're back. Small Talk Cafe is a great spot that is 1 minute away.
The location is perfect, situated near Jollikod, Jollibee, Robinsons Grocery, and Mercury Drugs, making it very accessible. The room was clean and kid-friendly, providing a comfortable stay for the whole family.
Stayed a night here during the Bicol Loco festival. Place is nice well maintained, and is also close to other city attractions (park, church, etc. )
The place is gorgeous! The staff, i forgot to ask her name, was very kind and accommodating. Original plan was to stay for just one night but we might be extending -fell in love with Casa Roces❤️ They have hot showers, wifi and gated parking space -which is a plus for travelers comfort. The rooms were quiet and for a finicky sleeper the AC was not loud. Thank you, Casa Roses! ❤️❤️❤️
