I stayed there 10 yrs ago on small trip paid by Company. This hotel was owned at that time by ex- US army veterans who served in Phillipines. Overall, nice place - quiet. Food was good. There are 21 villas in the resort, and our 1BR villa was big. The beddings were fresh. The resort staff, like most reviews noted, were very friendly. The restau food was reasonably priced and yummy although waiting time was long. A glimpse of the wharf from the restaurant was fantastic. Rooms are bit disappointing. There are bed bugs. Service is great.. The location of pool area is very humid. Little to no air gets in.

Wow, lots of room inside and sofa bed in living room so a one bedroom turns into two. Beautiful designed inside and out. Quiet if you come during the week. Chef J is very good cook. Place is okay to stay in...hotel staff are very nice and hospitable to their guests. We still enjoyed staying there its just some of the foods listed in menu are not available and we cannot order outside due to corkage hotel policy. It will be better to allow the guests to order outside or bring it with them if the food is not available.

WORST PLACE TO STAY IN SUBIC. We booked a 2 bedroom unit for 4D3N. The space & beds are enough for a family of 6 but they don't provide basic things you will need for a comfortable stay. The aircon is not enough to cool the whole place. We have kids so we always travel with a portable fan in cases like this because they will not be able to sleep well if the place is not well cooled. Based on agoda it's wheelchair accessible, AC, wifi, free botted water, slippers, etc. 80% is not true. I have a pwd husband, he can stand and walk but this place is not for pwd and not wheelchair accessible. Room is at 1F but we had to use stairs to go to the parking.
