Great hotel, very kind staff. AC works great. Internet is perfect 80 megabytes connection. Close to many food and shops. Safe place for families. Overall 100 of 100 score.

The room was nice. But the sheet and pillowcases smelled like a person slept on it for a week and the hotel didn't wash it with detergent soap and only sprayed it with fabcon. It's honestly disgusting. I had to change rooms but the smell was evident still. Also, the dental kit were only provided if you asked for it. And there were no sandal or slipper available in the room, so you have to bring one.

Constantly hounded by indoor cafe to order at 10% off and charge to your room. Had ordered breakfast and the waitress returned to tell me we couldn't order because we reached our charge limit (in front of several other patrons). It was a great great experience during my stay in this hotel. I really appreciate because all the staffs are very friendly and accommodating specially Ruelene Sinajonon who assisted my bookings and to Reycel who welcomed me the moment i arrived in the hotel. It was a nice room. Very tidy and i really love the city view. I really appreciate the taste of Ms. Rue that she suggested me to stay at room 705. 😍😍😍
