We booked a room here from Jan 15-21 for Sinulog Festival. The room itself was great, it feels clean, but there are small cockroaches. The bathroom was such a letdown. We were booked to 3 different room here and 2 of those room the heater were not working. There's no bidet as well and the bathroom is quite dirty. Property details on booking websites are misleading. In particular, there are no in-room safe boxes. Facilities quite rundown.
staff are very kind and welcoming, however the bathroom is very unsanitary and so is the refrigerator. there are plenty of cockroaches and ants everywhere and the toilet doesn’t flush properly. there are so many cockroaches and i doubt they try to fix the issue from the source as they reappear no matter what you do. please don’t go here!
I have read that it started operating since 1998, a bit old but worth the price. Location is perfect, a restaurant on the ground floor. Parking space is fine, if there is no event. I believe the parking slot accomodates only 10 vehicles, but you can double park you vehicles. The room is noisy, you can hear the vehicles passing by during night time.
