We have stayed in a superior room, which was very nicely decorated, with modern features and a good bed. The location is great, the staff is very nice. I am giving 4 stars only because the hotel is located in the very centre of Santa Fe (close to the main streets and the church), and on Saturday and Sunday the church starts to ring bells at 5.30 in the morning, also the windows do not protect from the outside noises…

We would not recommend staying at this hotel again. Although we reserved a deluxe room, we were placed in a dormitory room because the management claimed they were fully booked. This experience was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. What should have been a relaxing vacation turned into a letdown due to the hotel failing to meet our expectations. Great place to stay. Fast checkin and checkout. We checked in an hour early. We stayed at the deluxe room for 2 nights. The rooms were very cozy, and the beds were of superb quality. We had no trouble sleeping as it felt like home. There was also an air purifier. Would definitely recommend and would definitely go back.

The hotel is good for group stays. The staff is accomodating to all our needs. The common area has a fridge, microwave oven, water dispenser, and a water heater. It's new, clean and easy on the pocket. Spacious rooms, more spacious bathrooms. ☺ Use of natural light is refreshing. Located within the main area of Sta. Fe town, no beachfront. No breakfast served but coffee may be served if available. Highly recommended for visitors who don't have plans to go to the beach. 👍
