I was renting here since August 2023. When they decided to raise the rent by July 2024, they required the existing tenants to sign a new contract which now included a deposit, and advance, and a dubious damage security fee. When I asked if I could pay the additional fees in tranches, the answer they gave was a move-out date of only 15 days! And they refused to settle the matter with the barangay captain. Really bad…
It's an apartment not a hotel. Too many prohibited things such as no smoking, curfew, and even no visitors allowed. But the place for rent seems nice since it's like a 7 floors building.
