Centtro Residences

Rooms are not neat and the hallways and elevators are dusty and dirty. We had early checkout, but the elevators are not working! COCKROACHES! And the staff who assisted us with our luggage was surly and didn't really do much except show us the room in spite of our many luggage.

Booked here for 3d2n. A bit pricey and old but they have the perfect location which is very accessible. The rooms are complete with all the things you and your family might need. The kids enjoyed our stay because it was cozy and spacious, a home away from home. 💖

Good hotel with spacious rooms, but the exterior looks unfinished like there’s ongoing or leftover construction. The rooms could also use better cleaning and overall hygiene

Great king bed with sgl bed in the very spacious triple sharing room. Bathrobes, bottled water, coffee making set, ref, and hotel slippers provided. Soaps are a good size; shampoo tubes are good for 2 uses. Price is competitive and I would book it rather than a hot spring resort room because I like the room amenities.

Travelers usually only have the option to trust the pictures the establishments like this uploads...take the risk, trust the website..but by golly I lucked out booking this hotel. First, service is great. Great friendly staff who do their best to accommodate my requests.i.e. I needed pliers to open the suitcase I forgot the password of, they didn't have a pliers but they asked neighboring establishments just to help…
