Chali has always been a go-to if you want to momentarily get away from the noise of the city. Now that they have renovated most of the area, I feel like it upscaled the vibe of the place more. The service is great as usual, but I noticed prices of the food have increased prices— understandable, to be honest, since they are now transitioning to being an upscale resort.
i had not been at the place for over a year, but was hungry for a good usa steak. arriving at the place there was a striking pleasant improvement of the place. enormous improvements including a new restaurant named tres marias . the overall looks went from 2 to 4 stars . the menu was great and food well prepared, see my seperate review. it always was nice place to visit and eat and drink, but now much better
This is a beautiful resort to stay in. The staff is very accommodating. I don't eat pork and I don't like meat with my breakfast and every morning they made me a special vegetable omelet. Jaire one of the restaurants staff members is exceptional he always remembered out order very friendly. The bungalows are outdated and could use an upgrade. I had a peaceful stay at Cali Resort in Cagayan. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and comfy, and the beach views were beautiful. It’s quiet and perfect for relaxing, enjoying the sunset, and escaping the crowd. Simple, calm, and very worth it!
