a budget stay with a very loud rooftop bar comparable to a ktv singing next to you. dont choose this place if you want a quiet environment. rooms are quite clean tho. ac malfunctioned during our stay. cr door defective and locked up too. they were quick to respond but too inconvinient for a guest who wants to get a rest from a tiring day

The room is great but it's so loud at night since there's a bar at the roof top. I am new to davao city so I didn't about it. The live band will stop at 10pm and a little music playing till 12 am (I think)..
