We had the worst experience during our last stay. We booked a 23-hour stay, but the room we were given had a damaged air conditioner. We had senior citizens and a baby with us, and the room was very hot. They refused to transfer us to another room and only gave us two electric fans, which didn’t help at all. Very strange that in 2026, Gcash payments are not available. Very problematic place, corkage fee. Be ready with cash and a lot of people screaming.

it was a nice place, but when we get into the pool for quite some time, we noticed phlegms floating. we know that it is not the management fault. you need to add to the rules of not spitting into the pool, most especially “phlegms”. so instead of staying there the whole day, we prefer to go out early.
Not enough space to breathe in . Olace is crowded .
