The room is very nice but it's not really clean it has many cobwebs and the terrace facing the street it has many cigarette filters the bathroom is not clean bathroom cabinet is damage and the smell is not good the heater of the shower is not really working and glass door of the bathroom is noisy when you open and close the door. The room was clean. Tv worked but not well, blurry on some channels. Bathroom you can't flush the toilet paper, use the bidet then dry off with toilet paper and throw it out. Shower head was nice but hot water didn't work, luke warm. They give you a little bottle of shampoo and a small bar soap. I stayed here 05-06 June 2019. The location is great! Restaurants, shopping malls, spas are just outside the hotel. It is such a disappointment that they dont have any security, so basically anybody can enter the building. Reception area is available only at certain hours. No telephone inside the room ( room1). Clean and nice rooms. They gave us 2 pillows each. They have free wifi in the lounge. They also have a spa and a cafe. Ideal location, near the municipal and a lot of samgyupsal restaurants. Near national highway and SM Cabanatuan.
The place is average. But at least, you can have a sound sleep. I wish though that their coffee shop may extend until 11PM
Place is great,would suggest to add drinking water inside the room,an extra face towel and floor mat in the bathroom.
