The room isn't cancelling much nosie from the hallway, because we can still hear staffs working and a few foot steps.. TV was bad, we couldn't connect it to the WiFi so we had to use screen share for entertainment. Our room had no working shower too, we had to ask the staff if we can borrow a bucket. Budget friendly but terrible service and cleanliness. This by far has the most cockroaches in all the places ive stayed in. Air conditioning is superb, bed is basic and will hurt your back. The room I got, 111 is the noisiest of all but it has a bigger bed. I wouldn’t recommend this place to friends or family. But if you’re in a tight budget. This can work for you.
For it's rate, the stay was good overall, there's a room for improvement specially for the rooms feature such as aircon, water foset and lightings. But again for the price, the stay was good and their service was top notch, will recommend it.
Overall, this place is budget friendly and has a good location. I booked onsite and availed their promo rate. However, there are still areas for improvements, like in my ground floor there is a consistent buzzing coming from the aircon, but for me this tolerable. Towels are very old. Pillows are flat. The light is turning ON and OFF. I got electrocuted twice while holding the shower attached to the heater. The water is rusty and cant be used for toothbrushing. TV has poor reception. Wifi can't be used if you're inside the room. The aircon is not cleaned as evidence by icing.
