Honest Review: The room felt quite old and outdated. The bathroom was the biggest issue for me, it looked dirty, and the bidet was difficult to use. On top of that, the amenities were pretty empty. There wasn’t even any free toothpaste or toothbrushes provided. There are literally no appliances in the room, they don't even provide a water kettle, mugs, or complimentary service water. To make things worse, the Wi-Fi…

2,400 Peso is expensive for what you get in a standard room. Service from the staff was excellemt but the room felt like something out of the 1980's To be fair i got a discount so it was just over 2000 Peso and the location is great. Also free parking right outside. The shower was a joke, just sprayed mildly warm water all over the bathroom. The room was quite large and had a tv, towels toilet roll and soap were inc…
The rates are a bit high, but the place feels ok to us. A bit noisy on the front side, mostly bec Filipinos tend to remove their exhaust pipe silencers...it's a poor behaviour to me,🤦♂️why the noise? Not a fault of the hotel.
Got a room their a few days ago, it was just a spontenous day trip to Bagiuo not planned, so we stayed to this room on the hotel's 5th floor(504) around afternoon so we could rest for awhile since we plan to depart at 12 midnight coz my partner need to be at work in the morning. The room was a bit old and rustic since we were tired of the early and whole day road trip to baguio, we did not mind the room as long I ca…
Had an unpleasant experience with the hotel. I was stuck for around 15 to 20 minutes after the elevator stopped in the middle of the third floor. Although they assist in opening the elevator, the staff is unable to do so. I have to climb out of the elevator after they open the upper portion of it. Management has to make sure that the facilities are kept in good condition to prevent another incident like this. At lea…
The family room for 4 adults was spacious and had king/queen size beds (unexpectedly). Very good for a quick overnight. Understandably as a budget hotel room, there's only an electric fan but it's cold anyways once you open the window as this is Baguio. Parking is plenty at the facade and the security guard is helpful. Polite and accommodating staff. I noticed that even though it's fully booked in Agoda, there's sti…
My stay at City Travel hotel was a bit of a rollercoaster. The staff were incredibly friendly, which was a huge plus. However, the facility itself had some serious issues. The bathtub was a disaster - water wouldn't drain properly when showering, and the water pressure was so low it was like a trickle. On top of that, the toilet had a mind of its own, and the flushing was hit or miss. And don't even get me started o…
