I dont usually post reviews. But this hotel is run down. Been staying here since 2011. Was there from May 23 2026-May30 2026. All of gotta say this is the worst experience staying at this hotel. Every time we wanted to order from hotel its always out of stock. Cleanliness of rooms was poor had to call house keeping when I checked into room. Bad service from front desk. I stayed here for a conference, and while the hotel itself feels quite dated, the experience was still pleasant overall. Parking is limited, which may be inconvenient for guests bringing vehicles. However, the staff were excellent—friendly, accommodating, and helpful throughout the stay. Their service definitely made a positive difference.
the receptionist and other staff is cold, but unlike to the housekeeper they're nice and jolly. The room was nice and big, the bed is comfortable but the problem is the clogged toilet and sink, plus the aircon is quite old and the television is small the free breakfast buffet is good. For the price i would say, there's more hotel that's worth it
City State Tower Hotel is the GOAT (greatest of all time). It is so convenient staying there because it is close to the Robinson Mall, Jollibee, 7/11, Mang Inasal, and many more.
