Rooms have a musty smell. Shower stall does not drain water well. A puddle is left at the back of the shower stall. Kitchen is so far away from dining area and open garden. TV in Living Room wasn't working. Though place is clean with a nice view and cool breeze.
Place was serene and you can definitely relax. The lawn is open it wouldn't hurt to have a cover so you can enjoy even the middle of the day outside.
We rented the place for our wedding. We were not disappointed with the service that Ate Lina and her husband provided for us. Definitely worth every peso we paid!
The place has a good view of Taal. We stayed here for 3 nights with my 4 children and 4 grandchildren and occupied all 4 bedrooms this Jan 2018. Concerns are the following. 1. Curtains are so dusty and the rooms have a musty odor. 2. No water heater, we were given an electric water kettle and a pail and dipper which we all shared. 3. The kitchen is on the 4th floor open to the elements and unclean. 4. TV not working…
The place is nice. It has a nice view of the taal. The caretaker is helpful. However, the aircon is acting up. We're not able to use it. The tv is also not working.
The approach is very steep. Be careful when climbing upon exit and merging the road. The place is small but cozy
Terrible parking area. No restroom for guests. Too windy and no roof. Worst road ever, even damaged my car, it's too dangerous up hill beside the road.
The experience was Great!!!
