Love the place for its quietness and away from the crowds. It had a special private feel. The room was clean and nice. Staff were very friendly, kind, attentive and helpful. This resort is weathered. It has SUCH potential. It is not well maintained. Fans don’t work, lightbulbs need replacing, etc. The pool/s are the highlight but need to be cleaned daily. The aesthetics of the gardens and resort need improvement also. Staff are super friendly but need better leadership and training. A lot of waiting around. We stayed here for a night and our stay was wonderful! We had two rooms pool side and the rooms were absolutely gorgeous. I loved the personalized touch of the welcome fruit basket and welcome note. The pools were very nice and the beach was beautiful. The staff was very attentive to our needs and so kind. We have a wonderful stay! Thank you!
Nice resort but it’s a bit weird that my villa is not equipped to ensure my door or windows can be locked. You sleep a bit unsettled that you have no privacy and this is not a remote island so yes it kind of freaks you out at night to think about it. Overall has been a good stay. Rooms are nice and staff is warm and friendly
