Cocobana Beach Resort

Quite basic, no electricity until late night, imagine if you have an early morning dive and couldn’t really sleep because it is so hot and stuffy. At least offer a fan for every room. The generator kept restarting and our adaptors are not functioning now. Good thing about the villa - it is spacious. Comes with a pool but didn’t get to use it.

We had an excellent stay at cocobana Malapascua. The rooms were very clean, and housekeeping was offered frequently, which we really appreciated. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always available on WhatsApp and happy to help us with anything we needed. Everything is excellent, expect the comfort rooms door. Its a bit rusty and hard to open, other than that the place is amazing and the staff is really accomodating.

Cocobana is definitely one of the nicest resorts on Malapascua Island. It features a swimming pool and one of the most beautiful beachfront areas on the island. Great AC, large rooms, comfy bed and helpful staff, right on the beach and close to Thresher Shark Divers.

We didn’t stay here but the pool looked amazing from the outside and every time we walked by it was empty and wanted to jump in!

Anyway, it's a hotel with a good location. The sea in front of us was very beautiful, and the hotel and the beach in front of us were quieter and more comfortable than other places. Speaking of greed, I felt that if a campaign was carried out all over Malapascua Island to clean up the plastic garbage that is sinking in the sea right in front of us, the island would become even more attractive than it is now.
