Down Vote: Location. Woke up atleast three times in the middle of the night because of loud motorcycles and car honks. The staff were very accommodating .
It is located in a prime spot in Old Manila, and is a few steps away from several National Museums (like the Fine Arts, Anthropology, and Natural History) and other government agencies. The elevator doors open so slowly. The staff is kind and responsive to inquiries though. The room rates are really affordable, too.
