Slow WiFi and AC. Toilet has issues in flushing. We were transferred to another room since we insisted that we need to change rooms due to these issues. The room was very clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel’s cleanliness is highly recommended, and the room size is a big plus. However, there was a strong foul smell in the bathroom. I’m not sure if it was coming from the drainage or the water tank, but when the water was turned on, it smelled like a drainage ditch. A clean and comfortable place to stay. The staff is very accomodating and the place itself is located to a lot of restaurants and convenience store

Stayed here for 1 night, the hallway stinks, soundproofing is also not good you can hear someone taking a bath on the next room, footsteps from the room above, etc. The location is also not that accessible. Lovely experience here at Constrell, love how the rooms are freshly painted. But they don’t smell like paint. Room is clean, the staff are helpful, asked for a table and chair and they provided. They also have a cafeteria serving Filipino and American breakfast with price ranging from 80 to 150. They don’t have elevator though so you have climb the stairs.
