The hotel demanded additional charges during our 3-day stay, claiming that the prices listed on Agoda is not the original one. They warned that if I didn’t pay the extra fees, they would cancel our reservation and refund the amount instead. This felt extremely unfair, especially since we had traveled a long distance and were simply looking to rest and relax after a tiring journey. This experience feels like a scam
CR not good. Receptionist not willing to talk. Alley so dark. Nice Bed. Enough space. No bottled water or basic necessities for sale you have to walk in a dark eskinita to look for water to drink. You have to baon water bago akyat para okay ka.
The lobby was elegant, though the av was not working. Rooms.are spacious and cozy. But you have to get you data amd netflix ready coz the CATV and wifi are not working. restroom door knob in our room was broken. If you're just looking for a place to sleep, this is it.

Old School. Although clean, the Airconditioning is not Good. AC is manual. Hot Water not working. The attendants do not act to the request even for a Tissue paper. Disappointed.
