Amazing accommodation facilities with self catering options - very clean and well furnished. Close to stores, banks and other amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Stayed for over a month even though initial plan was to stay only 2 weeks.

Nice place. Right next to hypermarket, laundry, 711 24/hours and a tricycle stop. Room is clean and a nice view. No aircon and have to walk up to your room. Room had hot water and there Is a common kitchen with everything you could need. I am staying here 1 month because of the great internet. Over 50mbs.

Very clean and tidy,close to the main road,where you can grab jeepneys into downtown. Lots of food places with local prices around and very secure. The guards at the doors are always a pleasure to deal with.

One of the most budget-friendly rooms in Manila. Check-in is smooth also. Would love to stay again sometime in the future.

Nice, clean, airy, well-equiped rooms for low price. Smooth check in process in the middle of the night (24/7 front desk).

Very nice and spacious place. The staff are acommodating. However, elevators are not available so you have use the stairs (goodluck! hahaha).

I stayed here for one week and i can say that it's one of the neatest and comfy place i have ever been I gave it 4 star because the area where the place is situated is not comfortable I like cristina also as she's cool and nice
