Very friendly staff, I love the diving especially muck diving, the divemasters know where to find you what you . Sea turtles are in the front for snorkeling if you are not diving. the best environment and relaxing (see picture). My son and I had a delightful and memorable experience at Critters Republic Dive Resort. We spent wonderful day searching for tiny nudibranchs by lifting seaweed leaves, carefully examining rocks and shells to spot camouflaged crabs, finding rock-like frogfish, and discovering seahorses that were indistinguishable from seaweed-except for their tiny eyes. Loved my stay at Critter Republic. The service was amazing, the staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They made my stay very comfortable and made me feel like home. They are a great outfit. I was kind of worried at first maybe bc it's my first dive. The boat was loaded the crew did everything for us and the food for lunch was fantastic. Three dives at apo island was worth every penny. I will come back again and they better have a large t-shirt ready for me next time ☺️ .. After diving with 3 other dive shops in Dauin and coming away mostly unsatisfied, I finally stumbled across Critter Republic. If you are here specifically for macro like I was, these guys are fantastic. I dove with Maguy and he was able to spot a baby nudi the size of a grain of sand.. Sorry, no pressure Maguy. I can't rate the rooms as I only did 3 scuba dives in 1 day with the resort. The dives were top notch, great scuba gear, great dive crew, delicious yet simple lunch, and great diving boat with a proper marine engine so it wasn't screaming while underway haha. You can tell this dive resort takes diving seriously and pays attention to details
