Room and front desk service is good for the price. You get what you pay for. If all you need to do is to rest for the night, this is a very good place for you. Room has minimal amenities and place is quite old but serves it purpose-just manage tour expectations. If I will be travelling back to Iligan and needs to spend a night or 2, will definitely be staying here.

The its okay pero usahay dile , daun old njud ang building need jud og renovation.the bed is very small the towel is old the blanket is itchy.. Pero goods nadin for a very affordable price

It's very practical. The building's old, no elevator, the rooms are dull, aircon does not seem to be working, bathroom's tight... This is very good for travelers on a cheap budget. Not a very good option as venue for seminars and trainings.

From our rented room which costs around 750 it is already very worth it. If you are just going to spend the night and be out most of the day then this is your place. The bathroom is quite small though, but the room we rented out was good for about 3 people and tv has no cable. Wifi is only available on the ground floor.

Accommodation at 301 is not that good bathroom is tight and narrow. Pasukin pa. Not systematic in receiving guests. Ok lang naman ang fud.

Very old, not well maintained, shabby, some really old bad rooms. They did not replenish toilet paper. Conference room Cr was not cleaned during the day, so it became filthy. I'm not going back there.

When it comes to trainings/seminars, the place is small and old. However, their food is good. The accommodation is big but is old also.
