Probably the worst accommodation I’ve ever stepped into! Disgusting and filthy!!! I wonder why it’s still bookable in Agoda and Booking.com Misleading photos and info. Room was fairly clean. Bathroom had bugs but was fairly clean. Bed was on the softer side compared to most hard beds in the Philippines but still too hard for me. Upon checking in, I had a little trouble finding the building, but when I saw the 1-BR unit, it was fantastic with a great city view. The dining and kitchen utensils are finished. Modern corporate & residential building in a prime location. Security guards are polite and friendly. Facilities are modern and top of the line. The only problem is the residents lounge that cannot be used by residents because it’s closed and locked 24/7. Unit owners pay thousands of pesos for association dues without fully enjoying the facilities. It feels like a ripoff.
