Well-appointed modern rooms. Though the a/c is kinda obsolete and noisy. A split-type unit would have made it more cozy. The building is newly built and a lift is not available though they are always ready to help you out with your stuff going up and down the stairs. Free breakfast was typical Filipino but really good. An option i can recommend when you need a place to stay in Laoag.
This place is a diamond in the rough. The area is pretty hidden but the building is great. Everything is new. The place was clean and the staff were all so helpful. Stayed here for 2 nights. This hotel is relatively new. Excellent in terms of cleanliness and staff were friendly esp the morena lady in the reception area and the chinito guy in the bar. -. Location is not within the city proper but can also be an advantage if you want a quiet environment.
