I have been to a lot of resorts and hotels, but this is the WORST resort that I have been so far. The customer service was very disappointing (poor customer service). The room that was supposed to be good for two people, but it was changed to accommodate four guests. We were required to share beds, towels, and blankets, which was very uncomfortable and unacceptable. The function hall was extremely hot, making it very uncomfortable for us to stay inside.
Honestly, this is the worst resort we've ever been to!! Their caretakers have no respect, they don't even greet you! Poor customer service! Don't try to go this place or else you want to experience worst event!🤮🤮😡

. Price vs. Quality For the amount of money we paid, I expected a lot more. This place is overpriced for the lack of quality in service, facilities, and overall experience.
The worst resort in Cebu! We don't recommend this place. The pool is dirty and Over priced. The staff has no manners they have no idea how to treat their guest in a decent way Like you are the guest but you are the one will adjust their attitude. Our experienced became like a nightmare.

Our visit here was disappointing. The customer service was poor, and there were excessive rules that made the experience uncomfortable. The management’s attitude was unwelcoming, which added to the negative impression. Based on our experience, this place is not worth the time or money. There are many better options elsewhere, and we would not recommend this establishment to anyone.
