The rooms are clean and tidy, however, equipment such as the TV and aircon may need a periodic monitoring and maintenance to assess its proper function. Checking is also suggested if there are trash bin and floor mats provided in the room. Overall, the suites is in Very Good rating.

As a first-time traveler in Cagayan de Oro, I stayed here for one night but had a disappointing experience. The front desk staff lacked good customer service and was not very helpful, especially when I asked about their time-out/password system. Instructions were unclear, and the staff seemed unapproachable. Hoping they improve their service for future guests.

Room is very small, budget friendly but most things are damage like bathroom doors. Our room Tv doesn't have any wifi. Worst part is that the lady in the front desk is not accommodating, She look like she's bored and doesn't care. The way she handle customers is really bad. Her tone is something 👀

I checked in using the machine, I paid. When I arrived at the room the room was still unavailable the mess was all over the room So I went downstairs with my luggages and front desk told me “ayy nag kaon pa ang limpyo.” NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! its been more than an hours I was still at the lobby waiting for vacancy til such our family driver arrived. This place is NOT RECOMMENDABLE. VERY rude front desk staff. First room they provided have broken window and there were mosquitoes everywhere.

Doesn’t have Netflix. No hot water 🚿. Hallways not good. But if you are backpackers or needed only to sleep, this is the cheapest hotel by far all Over mindanao. Unbeatable lowest price.

Clogged bathroom. Aircon doesnt cool. Bed bugs huge as a dog flea. Bathroom stinks. Wifi signal weak. Not worth it. Better find somewhere else.
