The owner was a bit hard to contact, but was kind when reached. The room was spacious for its price. The bed was okay, with extra pillows, towels, and a guest kit provided. The AC cooled properly. The room was clean overall, except for the comfort room, which had visible dirt spots. The neighborhood was relatively quiet but accessible, and it’s close to good restaurants and schools.
The staff welcomed us with genuine smiles and made the check-in smooth and stress-free. Their good customer service truly made a difference they were attentive, kind, and always ready to help. It’s comforting to arrive exhausted and be treated with warmth and professionalism. Definitely a place that understands how to take care of weary travelers.
Small rooms, not clean, no hot water, no locks on some of the windows so never back there!!!!
Rooms are ok. Not that clean. Namaximize yung little space. Toilet is not that great. Merong parking space, but due to other vehicles parked sa labas, mahirap mag maniubra. Location is at the heart of school area and business center, madaming kainan at establishment. Ok for overnight stay. Great value. Fast wifi. Pet friendly.

Clean, livable, basic space.
I was disappointed because they suddenly increased the price recently.
Highly recommended for a peaceful sleep.
