Unassuming hotel featuring a bar, a cafe & an outdoor pool, plus a restaurant & complimentary Wi-Fi.
The hotel staff was great - courteous, friendly, helpfull. Breakfast fare was the usual - corned beef, scrambled eggs, coffee, juice, etc. Overall the stay was good. However, there's a need to maintain some of its amenities like the swimming pool and the elevator.
I booked through Booketta and when I requested a refund, it wouldn’t process. Not recommended for booking, and they didn’t refund the payment I made. My 71$ went to waste.
Surprisingly cozy despite its very, very, very, dated appearance. Staff are noticeably few, but they're helpful and friendly. Location is great because there's a Jollibee directly outside while SM City Batangas is just behind the hotel.
