Beside Tiong Se Academy, and the barangay hall. Located behind Lucky Chinatown Mall. Walking distance to 168 shopping mall. Budget friendly, with rooms starting at php 1400. They have free wifi. The lobby plays pop song but it's a bit dim lighted. Simple design of hotel. Polite reception. They don't have breakfast buffet, packed only. Mostly Chinese guests.
Very friendly staff. Just picked the place because of price. I was concerned at first about the small streets and congestion. This area has a ridiculous amount of malls and shopping. People in the area are friendly. Felt like real big city Philippines, not like BGC. We stayed in a basic room. Later in the week asked staff to see other rooms for the heck of it. Great location for shopping at 168 and surrounding malls. But it keeps deteriorating bit by bit every year. Doesn't look like management is doing much maintenance. And the lobby smells awful! Hotel staff is pleasant, though. And rooms are still clean enough. Maybe good for another few years...
