This condo building is well located between Makati and Manila. It's walkable area with many shops and restaurants. It's near LRT station with 10 minutes walk. Some rooms belong to Airbnb and their size is compact and not so clean. Other rooms run by the management and they are clean and bigger. The prices per night or month are within average for this area.

I stayed here for 1week(airbnb) and it was a decent stay , the building is well made There are a lot of local shops around here and i can say the street here never sleeps
