I had a good stay at Dormitels near UST, as always. The location is very convenient since it is walking distance to the university and nearby establishments. It is also affordable and practical for students on a budget. The staff are approachable, and the place is generally clean and secure. Overall, a solid and budget-friendly option for professional/student living.
