Safe, good place to sleep and study, spacious, staffs and guards are friendly. Butttt they have so many little cockroaches. They let the tenants deal with it instead of investing for extermination of bugs.
the facilities are nice for students. The rooms were built for students, you wouldn't even notice that you're living with other people when inside the room. quiet and is a good place for studying.
