Dorotea Resort and Spa

First of all, the view of Mayon here is GORGEOUS!! Secondly, Ms. Angel is very kind and always smiling! She is very attentive to all our needs and attends to it with vigor and understanding. The rooms are nice but the bathroom needs to have their hot showers checked since ours wasn’t working. But overall the stay here is 5/5.

Pros: check in and checkout was easy. Early check in if no guests before you. Staffs and owners were nice and accommodating. Free upgrade of our room. Free breakfast. The place is nice... What I don't lIke is the presence of stray dogs near the pool area that will scatter your trash. You should not left your cottage unattended or else the dog will take charge😂😂😂

View in the morning from Dorotea is calming. Quiet environment perfect for people who want to skip the buzz of the outside world. You might want to bring your own transportation if you want to buy something from the town proper.

food of the cafe is very good and the ambiance of the cafe is most amazing in the desert.

The place is nice but we had a sad experience aftr we went home all of us got fever cough and the kids contacted dengue maybe the swimming pool has stagnant water and not cleaned properly

This place is superb. Great customer service and everyone is easy to talk to especially when you need something. I highly recommend the place

Very bad internet connection. There were no towels and toiletries when we arrived. Water pressure in the bathroom was very low.
