The room is good for their given rate. Wi-Fi connection is good, I was able to do my remote work without issues. This is the first time I stayed in Toledo, and we’re grateful enough to this place as we’ve received a good accommodation and the staff are very friendly, they accommodated us even we booked at a very short notice. Was able to rest comfortably in this place. Comfort room is clean and water runs good too.
Disappointing experience due to hidden charges. The family room rate does not include use of the living room air conditioner—you have to pay an extra ₱200, which was not clearly disclosed.
At check in 2pm room was 37 deg. No wifi only smart TV, no toilet tissue, no satellite or cable so TV is no working. Employee come to fix left door open all cool air escape. Still no TV, now is 34 deg and mosquitoes at 845pm. Save your money sleep in road
Rooms are small , no water pressure , shower did not work , had to use bucket method to bathe. Toilet seat was falling off as well. A/c barely worked and very loud. Overpriced for what get.
Not bad but not good either. There was a leak in the first room they've given us. Had to change rooms while I was at work, though. Receptionist was friendly though.
Musty, small room with loud ac unit. Only window opens to corridor. Bathroom has no window or fan! Breakfast poor. Will do for a night but it's very expensive for what you get . There is better out there e.g. AGM.
