The staff here aim to please! While slightly dated, the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The fitness center was clean, modern, and cool. The view of the pool was beautiful! Several minor issues during the stay were handled quickly and professionally. The Bicol express on my last night was perfect! The breakfast buffet was well done. This is the place to stay in Davao.
This was a serious letdown for a hotel carrying the Dusit name. The room is beautiful. Big, clean, well finished. That is the only good thing I can say. Then you look out the window. Lying right there, in plain view, are two lifeless pigeons. Good thing the windows do not open or the smell would have made the room unbearable. I’m finishing a 3 day stay and this is not a 4.5 star hotel. It’s a 3 star due to it’s dilapidated condition. 80% of the premises is worn out & dated.
