Horrible service. For a so called 5 star hotel, it’s horrible. Check in… horrible, services horrible, food service horrible. Nice pool Don’t waste your money. They will not give you an extra blanket. Check-in was over an hour. You feel ignored through the whole experience. It looks shiny and fresh, beyond that you’ll feel ignored.

In my experience, the front desk double booked our room so our keycard suddenly deactivated because our room was given to another guest (group booking).
