Quiet. Friendly and courteous staff. Room is decent and clean. Parking is the best, spacious! Walking distance to Calle Crisologo. Along the main road.

We booked a room for three and gave us superior queen room intented for 2 pax only to find-out that the room was given to us upon checkout is standard room. The extra mattress was directly placed on the floor. Unused accommodation will not be refunded which not been disclosed prior booking the accommodation. Very friendly staff, 5 min away from the museum. But the best for me is the staff, very respectful. I would like to thank ANA for opening the breakfast room so we can have coffee before we leave at 3:30am. Highly recommended….Great HOTEL very updated 👍👍👍

Had a short stay here since I was in Vigan for less than 24hrs. Service and staff were almost good except when a staff knocked at my door while I was inside the washroom minutes after I checked in (around 3pm). I wasn’t responding since I dont wanna shout but ended up shouting because the staff didn’t stop knocking only to find out that she wanted to ask me about my preferred breakfast the next day😅She could’ve wait…

1. Staff are so accommodating. 2. Place are so clean & tidy. 3. As well as their Towels, bedsheets, pillows are so clean. 4. Pros: Great location. Clean, spacious room. Fast wifi. Accommodating staff. Ample parking space. Cons: No security guard assisting in the parking area. Our water heater had an issue. Stairs only access to 2nd floor. Overall it was a value for your money stay. Will definitely book here again.

I came here for business travel but it felt like a vacation🥰 The rooms are spacious and clean, all hotel areas are well maintained. Oh the service is superb too.. Staff are helpful and corteous. Can't wait to come back with my family🥰
