We went here on May 1st. The service and room condition WERE TERRIBLE. The room was not cleaned, there were sands everywhere including the beds and the extra mattresses. The service was very poor. The place is extremely dirty, with rats roaming around everywhere—especially at night, as if it’s completely normal for them. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with our experience here. We arrived with a confirmed booking only to find that our room had been double-booked—there were already other guests staying in it when we arrived. WE RECENTLY VISITED THE RESORT AND I WOULD SAY THAT THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE/RESORT. Beds are dangerous, and you can feel the broken steel through the foam. Not accommodating. Experienced double booked and the management didn't do anything about it. We got blamed pa LOL stay away from this. Not recommended!! My friends also experienced the same. ❌❌❌
Tv is not working (anacel room) water is mahina,blower also not working. We were not allowed to checki to the room we paid for . Reason: there are guests who walked in that are checked in the time we arrived.
No accountability. They rebooked us the same day but the ending we are the one who booked for another resort!!! This is not recommended and the staff are all rude!!!
