do not let the exterior of the hotel fool you. the room we were given had a serious pest problem. we saw cockroaches, there was a huge fly in the room, and i was bitten by mosquitoes throughout the night. to make matters worse, there were insects crawling on the bed, which made it impossible to feel comfortable or sleep properly. because of the unsanitary conditions and the discomfort they caused, we requested a ref…

This is place I can relax my mind and my body as well. The staff are so friendly and accommodating I like to stay here because this is near almost every prime commercial here at heart of Manila.

I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled. I understand your cancellation policy, but I was hoping for a one-time exception given my circumstances. It’s frustrating that there was no flexibility or consideration. Thank you for your time.

Instead having water heater which other similar hotels did not have it, but the main issue was there were most of the time no water at all for shower and WC. No elevator so you have to go to your room by so many steps and if you want rooms in ground floor they'll ask you to pay more( around 1000 pesos extra). But the stuff are friendly and helpful and help you to pick up your stuffs to your room all the way up.
