the staff are courteous and accommodating. The room is clean but with no rags and the linen and beddings are not fragrant even the smell of the room itself is not fragrant. The room is not soind proof we can hear the sound coming from other rooms. Over all it was worth the price especially the breakfast buffet. Thank you el vistra!

We stayed here two years ago and had a good experience, but this recent visit was awful. We booked online, but the check-in process was unnecessarily long and complicated.
