From the moment I pulled up, I was impressed. The facade and architecture are stunning, creating a high-end feel before you even walk through the door. Once inside, the ambiance was perfectly curated sophisticated yet welcoming. Most importantly, the cleanliness was impeccable. You can tell the housekeeping staff takes great pride in their work.
Facilities here are so obsolete. Many things are not working like the phones, TV, fridge, etc. Reception is dark. Molds in many spots. Mosquitoes and cockroach in our room. Itchy linens. Overall it is a deteriorating hotel and pricey as well. Personnel are friendly but I can't recommend this place.

For ministry groups or wellness events, consider confirming room conditions and amenities in advance. Rooms are generally clean and equipped with air conditioning, cable TV, and private bathrooms. Staff are nice, accommodating and very helpful.
The property itself is gorgeous.. The rooms are more than adequate.... The staff is excellent with the exception of the front desk staff... It took 3 requests and 8 hours to get our room cleaned...
