Everything is fine. No more no less but the owner is greedy and dishonest. After moving in here and me to pay additional sum for early check (which was after 12 noon and I wasnct notified that I will have to pay more). When I didn't accept the charges he asked me to check out and said that he will cancel my booking on booking.com which he never did. So basically he stole 970 pessos from me. Renters beware
We really appreciate the unit, the new staff are accommodating also. One comment only, hope the management will boost the speed capacity of internet. There should be also a guest account of netflix available for the guest. Thank you.

Stayed here for two ish weeks in March when it was super hot and did work online for the time. Room was down the back. Has own washing machine which is great as I gymmed or exercise everyday in the heat. Room was big for Filipino standards. Aircon and fan supplied. This is a very difficult place to rate pero I will do so from a perspective of a traveler, visiting Clark for an event. Pros: Cheap – this is the main selling point; everything else is a bonus. The place is quite spaces, is was very cheap and very good it is almost 35sqm. The location is great since it is 15 mins walk to sm clark. There is mcdonalds and jolibee in the highway just less than 10mins walk. However for globe users, inside the room is no signal (i was at the last room, so maybe just in my room) but smart is working. Total experience is very good with fast wifi.
Affordable studios, accessible to most transpo(trike, grab etc) 2nd floor of the building now finished, has all cooking essentials, steady wifi and easy to contact helpers... choose the units on the right of the building. Those on the left have lingering cigarette scent in the room.
