Not a very pleasant check in experience. But it was partially my mistake as i requested Agoda for early check-in. Also, location is not so good. To go to BGC, makati you need a 15-min ride. I love this hotel so much. The room is big, the bed is big and the beddings smell clean and nice. Also, they have utensils, plates, and bowls. Best for eating your delivered meals. The room also includes a big refrigerator and microwave.
