Our stay here has been extremely disappointing from the very beginning. The staff are consistently rude, especially the night-shift guard, and there is a clear lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. Top notch rooms and service in the middle of Manila. The rooms are large and the security is spot on. My new go to stay in Manila. A 5 minute walk to Robinson’s mall and the lucky laundry on Salas st 7 minutes away does same day laundry for a very reasonable price. High class hotel at a very good price.
Hotel is a little old but they continue to modify it. Rooms are relatively clean and shows signs of care. I have stayed here several times over the past 15 years and continue to come back. I do stay at others in the area but this one usually gives a good price in hotels.com. almost 50% savings.
